Welcome to logcat.ai ("Service"), operated by Log Operations And Genai Enterprises, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Log Operations And Genai Enterprises, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You retain ownership of the log files and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload the User Content; (ii) your upload and use of such content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements, including any license agreements governing third-party software tools used to generate or export such content; and (iii) the User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

You acknowledge that certain User Content may have been generated by or exported from third-party software tools subject to separate license agreements. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your upload and use of such content complies with all applicable third-party license terms. logcat.ai processes uploaded content solely to provide the Service to you and does not acquire any rights in third-party proprietary formats, definitions, or data contained therein.

Your User Content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not share, sell, or make your User Content accessible to other users, customers, or third parties, except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by applicable law.

We do not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine learning models, whether our own or third-party, without your explicit prior written consent.

We treat all User Content as confidential and implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. User Content uploaded to the Service is logically isolated on a per-account basis and is not accessible to other accounts or users.

User Content is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon termination or expiration of your account, your User Content will be deleted within thirty (30) days, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law or you have explicitly requested earlier deletion.

Enterprise customers may request custom data retention terms, including reduced retention periods or immediate deletion upon request, as part of a separate written agreement. To request deletion of your User Content prior to account termination, contact us at legal@logcat.ai.

Paid plans require valid payment information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice to you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@logcat.ai. Upon termination, your User Content will be deleted in accordance with Section 8 (Data Retention) of these Terms.
