Data Protection
Encrypted at Rest
All log data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Data is stored in isolated per-tenant storage with no cross-tenant access.
Encrypted in Transit
All data transfer uses TLS 1.3. API endpoints enforce HTTPS-only connections.
Automatic Data Deletion
Log data is automatically deleted after 90 days by default. Enterprise plans support custom retention policies.
AI Data Policy
Your logs are analyzed, never learned from.
Zero Training Data
Your log data is never used to train AI models. We use Claude and Gemini APIs with zero-data-retention agreements.
In-Memory Processing
Log content is processed in-memory and never persisted by AI providers. Analysis results are stored only in your tenant.
No Third-Party Sharing
Your log data is never shared with third parties. AI providers receive only the minimum context needed for analysis.
